I was in prison. In more than one, and more than once.

My story tells of the secret darkness I endured and what I did to survive it.

Maybe you can relate. Situations occur over and over in your life, altered and disguised, but yet the same familiar circumstance keeps you chained to the same foreseeable outcome.

You just want it all to stop! You want out of the drama, out of the pain, and to just feel peace again.

In my upcoming book “Obstacles Equal Opportunities Vol2”, my chapter is a tell-all of the prisons that held me captive and my journey to peace and wholeness – and how you can do the same. My hope is that I can inspire at least one person to live the life they want to live and gain more freedom and happiness in their world.

In having peace and happiness in ourselves, we can make a difference in our own homes and communities, and then spill a ripple effect out in the world.
